An automatic email response is a pre-designated reply that is generated by a software program for incoming messages.

Example 1

Suggested Subject: Thank you for your message

Good day,

Thank you for choosing Global Consult. We are currently on vacation, and we shall resume work on January 2nd, 2017.

Example 2

This email is an automatic out-of-office reply that informs the sender that the recipient is currently unavailable to respond to emails during a specified time frame.

Suggested Subject: Out-of-Office Reply
