A notarized letter is a document signed and stamped by a notary public, certifying its authenticity. Sometimes, it can be written by anyone in authority to prove identity, address, or verify statements made in the letter. The signer must, however, be someone who can do so. Notarized Letter Sample

Below is a perfect template for a notarized letter. It comes with a title and demonstrates the person making the notarized letter (the child’s father). As explained above, the person making the notarized letter must be able to do so.

Sample 2: Notarized Letter

This is a perfect sample to permit your child to travel. It identifies the company your child is expected to travel with and the date. This is very useful especially if your child is a minor.
